feeling calm is easy as breathing..when you  feel your breath coming in the going out it relaxes the body and gives signal to the brain that “all is well”.

To feel this:

Lie down on the floor with knees bent.

Keep hands on the upper abdomen and feel the movement of the breath.

Move the hands to the chest area and again feel the movement.

Next, let one hand rest on the side of the body and the other one on the chest area…the movement here would have slowed down.

  1. I just did this. For me personally, closing the eyes was best part. I don’t do it that often. I think too much, which is my nature. 🙂
